Closet Maestro

How we work

Consultation to install, one team.

Every Closet Maestro project follows the same five-step path. The person who measures your space designs the layout, runs the CNC, and shows up at the install. No subcontractor handoffs, no warehouse middlemen.

01

1 hour on-site

Free in-home consultation

We come to your home, measure the space, and listen to how you actually live in it. No showroom pressure. Bring inspiration photos if you have them.

02

48 hours

3D rendering, 48 hours

Within 48 hours of the consultation, you get a 3D layout of your project, a written quote, and a materials list. You see exactly what you're buying before you commit.

03

Same week

Deposit and signed proposal

Once the design is approved, a deposit puts your project into our production queue. Final materials and finish selections are locked here.

04

3 to 5 weeks

Manufactured in our facility

We CNC, edge-band, and pre-assemble every component in our Ellensburg facility. Projects use 3/4 inch melamine with edge-banded fronts and full-extension soft-close hardware.

05

1 to 2 days

Installed by the same team

The same crew that built it shows up to install it. One to two days for most residential projects. Final walk-through before we leave the site.

Total timeline

6–8 weeks

From signed proposal to installed project, for most residential closets, Murphy beds, and built-ins. Larger projects (full garages, library walls, multi-room) can run longer — we'll give you a real date at the consultation.
